Quite intuitive platform. Good interface. I don't like the spread they have. Big variety of symbols to be traded. I miss the webinars they used to have weekly. Other than that OK broker.

First time using XTB, the offer of products like ETF, stocks, CDF is huge, many countries. Must try and use the platform, to improve undestanding and find and see information easy; have a lot of info at XTB web page like training and like "on the job training". The support is very good, the mobile app is active all the time. The commissions low XTB are good point.

This company is a scam artist's paradise. They string you along with false promises and bogus investment strategies. Every time I try to withdraw, I get silence or straight-up refusal. Now, Equity pathway llc? They've exceeded all my expectations. From day one, they've been on point an efficient. I feel confident knowing my investments are in good hands. My paydays have been consistent ever since. Don't waste your time with these fraudsters.

They try their best to stop you from withdrawing your money and their account managers work like robots and rude. They claim they cannot read pdf, they can only read jpg and their lack of technical knowledge and regulatory requirements is laughable. Thanks to my assigned account manager to know their lack of skills in communication. I wouldn't put any money into this platform. There are many other platforms better than this one, they are so dodgy

I’ve been using XTB for sometime now specifically for educational videos, I was impressed by how sophisticated the platform is and how the news keeps me up to date with market data. I like how I have my own account manager who is super friendly and helpful especially when I first got into trading to help me get started. It goes without saying that although XTB is a great company, they do have some hiccups with their platform but nothing out of the ordinary compared to some other brokers I’ve used but doesn’t really affect me unless you’re trading every minute of the trading session. If you’re placing trades daily or even a few times of the week you won’t run into much issues, as claimed on this review page. Overall happy with the platform.

I've observed some troubling changes, it appears they've lost their way. The website now takes excessively long to process my takeout requests. The last one I did has been pending for over three weeks now. Shame on you guys. Among all my dealings, only the offerings of"echelonis elitus"have proven dependable.

I have been a customer of xtb for about 4 years though I hardly use it. Mobile app is pretty good. But adding bank account or deposits have been often a problem with me. They do not have card deposit option anymore. I was not aware that Wise in their banned list for deposit source. I sent some money from my own Wise account. It was not rejected by xtb, but I get email from customer service that it is not allowed and would be returned. Then after 5 days I get another email saying I must produce proof of source of funds in order to get my money back. So for rejecting my deposit and sending back my own money, they want my source of income documents. Which I am not going to give it to them mainly because it is unfair. So the money would stay with them. Fortunately it is a relatively small amount. EDIT (Response of response): Sometimes source of funds proof needed for "accepting" a deposit. Show me which regulation requires source of funds documents for "rejecting" a deposit.

To improve is easy... BECOME HONEST the help first click bring me on a Thai language only script...imagine how good it must feel whe under trading pressure, already mention few times...but I get the run around answers by the staff. they run maintenance every week...but only to get better results on their advantage....what I complained previously is still appalling. 17.000 USD I did putin this firm....no satisfaction with the platform performance whatsoever.

XTB GREAT Hi, I'm totally new to trading and haven't a clue what I'm doing or where to start. I've been guided by reed at xtb and have been studying the education videos. I look forward to learning with xtb and hope to make some money in the future. I've looked at several trading companies and seems to be lots of scammers out there. Xtb are great and I'm enjoying the trading app.

For the last two weeks they are having a problem in their website when the US market opens as I’m still in the trade and it logs you out for no reason. For anyone who trade US just go find better broker.

While they were using the MT4 terminal everything was fine, now they have left only xStation, and it freezes on news and then does not work for half an hour, all losses during the time when their server and terminal are being freezes by broker are hung on clients. Broker takes quotes using liquidity provider (xopenhub), it double spreads and gives quotes to clients, earning 100% on spreads. Previously, spreads were lower, trading conditions were generally better, and swaps on indices and commodities were absent.

WITHDRAWAL PROBLEM approximate date, the first withdrawal was relatively good but on August 4, 2024, I wanted to make a withdrawal and without wanting to, I pressed the button twice, I contacted customer service to cancel a transaction, which they did, however after recalculating, I requested the 2nd withdrawal again, the money is frozen, they told me that there is an irregularity that to unblock the funds I had to pay $ 11,692 that they would return to me with my withdrawal, I deposited the requested $ 11,692, then they tell me that the account is no longer at 100% but at 85% and that I had to deposit 15K more to unblock the funds, which I did, now they are asking me for 16K again, I explain to customer service that they cannot ask me for the same thing twice but the person does not want to know anything, service a the deficient clientele, almost always absent, they do not want to know anything about helping customers, all they want is for us to deposit money, so I paid the taxes + 11692 for irregularity + 15K to put my account back to 100% and now I am asked to deposit another 16K, what a scam

Have an account with them checked daily and invested a large sum it ran great for months then yesterday there's nothing and I can't get on their website or to my account I think I have been scammed and don't think they should be trusted as they won't answer phone or e-mail Update March 11 I see that some countrys are stating the company used fraudulent licence NO-IFSC/185 in Belize

They claim to have 24/5 customer support, which is a complete lie. after 5 oclock there phoneline didnt work, neithe did their live chat on there website and there were no responses to emails. i have had my account locked and it is very urgent to get it sorted but they dont seem to care and have no sense of urgency and blatantly have lied about there customer service opening times on their website. it is disgraceful.

Traded with them for a while, I noticed that their charts on indices US30/DJI doesn't match or move similarly with other brokers charts. They are being manipulated. They have purposely created their chart grid to be shady to hide their dishonest and deceptive work. I suggest you compare with other brokers for you to see. Especially if you are trading this instrument or other index instruments with them, then decide if you really want to go with this broker. I also have to point out that there is no withdrawal fee but they will chop off around 15% on your earnings and you will receive less. Spread and commission is not competitive. Withdrawal requested on 3rd Jan not yet credited in my account and not getting proper update. Reached customer care on chat and phone still not confirmed updated simply saying we will check with bank and get back.
