Depending if you are earning or losing you might be able to close your position or you might have a metatrader "add to position" in which you have to try for hours before closing a position.

From a first look, I think all is fine with this company, they are groing step by step and are improving things slowly. I'll give them a chance and see what will happen when I ask for a withdraw like big one.

I am trading ethusd with this broker with my EA. I find that there are very good conditions for scalping here. Platform works properly, I have not experienced any trading problems with my ea for last four months here. Costs of trading are very low. I use the standard account where i dont have additional trading costs aside from spreads, which are some 2-6 $ on ethusd which is extremely low. These are much lower from ones that I had with my previous broker.

As I can see in comments, many people are noting that this is good broker for crypto. He probably is, but I would like to note that this is also good broker for Gold and Oil trading. My friend has recommended me him, as I was searching for a broker with low costs to trade my favourite assets. Up to now I am very satisfied with service provided. Spreads on gold are so minimal, like 0.01-0.05 pips, while I can also use 100:1 leverage

SCAM Broker I'm long time trader . I experienced multiple freezes when market went against me. Finally they disconnected me totally when it was obvious that the market was turning at the point when i was in profit .

Confused... I opened an account to test the broker. I liked having several options for cryptocurrencies and the conversion system. But there should be conversion from cryptocurrencies to USD. I couldn't find how to convert crypto to USD and so I couldn't buy shares. or trade the XAU / USD pair. The spread is absurdly high. I had no problems with withdrawing the balance

Deposited funds using usdt, and the process was incredibly fast. funds showed up in my trading account within 30 min. Love the efficiency of crypto transactions here. The easy kyc process was a nice touch.

Great broker in my opinion. Fast withdrawals, great support. There was migration on another server and it was quite smooth. xbtfx has a very large list of coins available for trading, and what is the best, they come with lower spreads compared with other brokers on the market.

I have to say that I am pleased with XBTFX. There are so few decent people to trust with your money these days, but XBTFX seems to be one of them. I opened an account for 2 thousand dollars, and in three months doubled this amount to 4 thousand. I hadn't traded before, so the first experience was very important for me. Maybe beginners are really lucky, but I am completely satisfied so far. If you are looking for a reliable broker with quality training, XBTFX is a great choice.

From the very beginning, XBTFX conditions suited me and I was satisfied with a minimum deposit. To achieve results, of course, you need more, but this is a good investment to start with for a novice trader. Then, when you become more experienced, you can increase it and get rich.

Good guys work at xbtfx and I often write to them in the chat. Everything is explained clearly, and I am satisfied with deposit and withdrawal methods. Fees are also good.

They make fake account , take your money.. place order , sell by them selves... and when you wish to withdraw some of the amount from, it is never permitted. Be aware from this fords, cheaters, and looters..

It's a completed scam.. Full bunch of scammers and no one is responding. I have been chasing from last 3 months to get my funds back. No one is responding and giving an update.
