Insane slippage on every trade stoploss got triggered even though price never reached my SL level. Wouldn't recommended. When it comes to Forex or trading anything. Stick to older more established institutions. Nowadays most are just looking to make a quick buck out of scamming people

Stay away from this broker and thank me later guys. I made a deposit and the payment gateway on their website approved my payment, I checked my account and saw the payment history saying Declined deposit yet funds had been deducted from my account successfully already. I tried to contact support and they directed me to their emails that will take days to be resolved. In the end the deposit money is gone, scammed in broad daylight. Stay away from these scammers.

VaultsMarkets is a DODGY broker. They close trades when it's a profits. I had USDCAD BUY since last week Thursday. I was surprised to see all my trades being closed without my permission. How do you close an active trade without the customer's knowledge? That's FRAUD. Avoid VAULTS MARKETS at all cost. They are FRAUD. I am reporting them even further. I will be stopping by at HELLOPETER to also drop a review. I have all the evidence to support my claim. VAULTSMARKETS is a SCAM.

Worst broker in SA!!! Manipulates charts and trade execution. Wanted to open a trade on US30 they said my account doesn't have enough money to execute the trade. When I required about it via the whatsapp assist the person who helped me did not know what they talking about, first it was the news and the market conditions. Next they kept me busy with asking for screenshots and asking Multiple times for my trading account in question after I provided it twice. Then I was asked to send a email regarding after all this nonsense. Also You can deposit funds real fast but when you want to withdraw it they need all your information all of a sudden.

I made a withdraw with just a small amout on 10th January 2024 through Bitcoin, However the upto now the broker hasn't sent out the money. Tried contacting their customer service live chat they keep issuing different statments, with no Clear explanation why the broker isn't paying out the Funds. its my first time requesting a withdraw with this broker, but with the many negative reviews from many clients on trust pilot and other platforms. I feel justified to call them a SCAM BROKER!! STAY AWAY VAULT MARKERTS.

Many traders have had bad experiences with South African brokers. But I can honestly say, after having tested multiple off-shore brokers and local brokers. Vault did not disappoint. Support is on point, withdrawals and deposits are quick. So no complains here.

Price has reached and moved past my TP level and the trade did not automatically close. (It was not a high volume or low volume scenario as spreads were normal). I subsequently tried to manually close my trade and the broker did not allow me to do so. Consequently I lost cash relative to the full target. When contacting customer support, they randomly respond with unrelated issues as if it answers the question and solves the issue. I was a loyal customer for 2 years and now this. I immediately withdrew all my capital and suggest everybody do the same to avoid these ****s. I also prompted all my mentees to liquidate from Vault Markets.

Absolutely horrible experience. And it’s not the first time. What led me to writing a review this time around is because I deposited funds into my acc, and hour later the funds have still not appear. They kept telling me they need statements in order to approve the transaction. I then present them with a statement and now they ghosted me, with not update response. Yet, when I didn’t present them with the statement yet, they were Very quick to respond. Wouldn’t recommend them at all.

Worst broker ever. Everyone who makes money gets banned from their profile. I made profits and one day later day send me my profits with a letter stating that my trading agreement has been terminated. Not giving me any reason whatsoever. All they tell me is that they have sole discretion upon which clients they do not want. They are milking of people who are blowing accounts but as soon as you start being profitable and cost them money your trading agreement will be suspended. Be aware

Vaultmarkets doesn't pay affiliation commission as promised. There is no customer care. I am referred to their help email all the time. I wrote them mail on the 10 of June. No reply to date. I have written to their IBspecialist on the same date, no reply. The call desk says they are escalating my questions but week in week out, no response. My affiliates are trading, yet my IB Area show no activity. Their MT4 investor access are not working. This is to block me from seeing what's happening with my affiliates account. I think we are trading against vaultmarket No one is interested to assist at Vaultmarkets. I honestly wonder why they are opening for business?

They are worst in service. I was simply adding a new bank account to my trading profile. and still today my profile is pending unapproved. i tried their wattsapp chat im still waiting for someone to help me. their virtual assistant not user friendly. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!! MY MONEY IS STUCK CANT WITHDRAW BECAUSE THEY ARE ALL BUSY TO ATTEND TO CUSTIMER NEEDD OF APPROVING ACCOUNT EVEN AFTER UPLOADING ALL MY FICA DOCS A HUNDRED TIMES!!!!!.

My deposit did not reflect. They say they are tracing the payment but I know they are lying. It reflects on my dashboard transactions history and status is “under review”. Since when did deposits go under review yet they say it should reflect immediately. They are a scam

I’m utterly disgusted with their services. Today is day 7 since they have been saying they paid me out but when I ask for a proof of payment they sing another tune….If you want peace rather not invest with them look for reputable brokers because there my friend they scam. If I could include pictures I would have included emails back and forth with them and WhatsApp texts. I’ve had it.

This broker is very shady, they said they don't allow EA, I requested my withdrawal, and I provided the information and documents they requested, yet they didn't process my withdrawal. Always telling me to respond to an email that they will end up not responding to again or process. My funds are still stuck with this broker, they will ask you to contact them via mail yet they will ask you to await a response from their finance department for over a month now.

This broker deserves negative 1 review I used pending orders to trade GBPCAD my buy stop was on 1.73267 my sell stop was on 1.73000 the pair went up they put price on 1.73424 when I check the one minute time frame the candle stick didn't do a whick or whipsaw it didn't even reach 1.73390 and yet price is shifted 160 points away from where I set the price . Can someone please explain how ?
