So eone should train "juniors" that pressure selling is illegal, the bombardment of phone calls is unreal, i have blocked there number they now call from mobiles or no caller ID this is after i have told them im no longer interested in there services. Then they start making judgments about you on the phone saying your not cut out for this or trading even though i have more that 7/8 years experience haha! Absolute joke of a company AVOID at all costs

I signed up yesterday at UFX and they are calling me almost every hour since two days to give me an investment advise or explain me "their" investment strategy. I explained to all the calling agents that I'm not interested in any advise and that they should remove me from that list. But it didn't worked until now. Besides, they are really rude and bearish when you tell them that you are not interested in their advise and/or strategy... Avoid that pseudo-CFD broker. They will lead you into deposits and investments you don't want...

Registered with them then checked reviews and unsavour behaviour. Did not invest after reading about their bad dealings . But one man , cannont mention his name from UFX continually phoned back when I hung up and sent emails. I have now blocked both . Be very careful with these people. I have had to change my review twice do to them complaining about the truth being posted

If only I could give 0 stars... Each time you reject the call they start calling again when you block the number they start calling from Israel. They have acquired my cell phone number illegally and reject to remove my personal data from their database so if they treat UE law that "good" I can only imagine what kind of service they provide. Looks like an absolute scam to me!

7 years ago i had an account, and heard they are just the same today. worst people to deal with , every trade i made by there advice lost, money withdrawal like pulling teeth out of a bear, there senior traders are complete novices ,i ended up advising them

Immature sales persons that is calling from the UK and Sweden. Pushing on that you should transfer money right now and are back talking other trading platforms. Gets threatening when they get a No and wont hang up the phone. The are asking for your profit in the market now and non regardless of the number you are giving them the can match with at least 1000% more money. Such bull****. Hang up the phone and visit a better trading platform with better traders and sales team.

Constant calls for months after simply registering with the site. I decided it wasn't for me and went with a different company. Now for over 5 months, I am getting calls from different sales people at UFX. If I don't answer the call because I'm busy, they will call back 3 times in a row. I've repeatedly told them I not interested in pursuing trading with them, but a few days a later, a different sales person will call. I've blocked multiple numbers from them, yet they always manage to use a new one. I'm afraid to answer my phone now because there's a high probability it will be UFX. Overall, a terrible experience and a mistake to ever create an account.

Dont know what the hell these people are about . Just lost £100 and are now asking me to add more funds. Erm NO !!!! . Trust pilot were on watchdog last week about removing negative comments. Trust pilot shouldn't do this . Leaving negative comments is bad for trust pilot's business

Don t use UFX. They called me every day pestering me to up my initial deposit from $350 to $500. Everyone I said no and not to call me again or offer me free training i didn't want. Also, despite telling me I had 3 months to hold my positions they closed my positions after 1 month without giving me any notice and lost me over $100 which is 33% of my money. They still call now and even argue with me when i tell them that I've told them to stop calling. Avoid.

Call from UFX today. I have had no interaction with this company and have not in anyway provided them with the details they used to call me. I asked for details on how my phone number, email address etc were obtained, this could not be answered. The caller refused to provide any contact information, escalation point or additional details on how I could confirm they received this information. Other reviews and a lot of online content highlights this issue. The company also routed their call through an Irish number to try make the call more legitimate. I would advise everyone to stay away from this company!!

I was not able to communicate and withdraw money due to the poor service provided by the UFX company. I was not able to find out the location of the company. The site does not work and the connection is bad. The UFX employee insults me during the conversation. Bad company

This is spam company. This is spam company, they make your life hell , if you share your contact details with them. they keep on calling ( for years ) from numbers from allover the world. STAY AWAY that's only my advice. Its headquarters is in Tel Aviv, and it is an unlicensed company located in a secret location, Al-Masjir Street 9, they are frauds, beware of them

Downloaded the app and got a call from an agent within a few minutes so explained I was on the train and couldn't discuss things right now. He just persisted in asking questions and I kept telling him it wasn't convenient. After several minutes I put the phone down and then he tried again sequentially for about 10 mins until I blocked the number. A few hours later another one tried so I explained I wasn't interested in help at present as I just wanted to try the demo version and get a feel for it (I've used several other platforms). The next day, the same calls but now from a private number. Its too "hard sell" and that's usually means its going to cost you lots you didn't need to pay. My intuition tells me not to use or recommend these guys. Also, they're not Uk based so no FCA protection.

After being uncertain for about half a year I decided to invest my money and chose UFX platform. My investment has grown, not in millions, I'm not a billionaire now and do not own a yacht, but so far it's been working for me... I'm still new to this world so I'm no professional but I don't see any problem with this platform so far + I really like their website design!

I see people complaining about number of calls, completely understandable but that’s exactly the reason why I’m gonna use them forever!! They are doing the hardest job for you, educating you and giving you information... I don’t have much time to follow the market, I receive a call from my trainer almost everyday for around 10-20 mins briefing me what’s the best to do right now. Little effort from my side and huge effort from side of UFX... I use them for 8 months right now and honestly haven’t got any problems.

Please avoid this company they add extra trade to your account without your knowledge I was lucky to see the fake trade that they add to my account, they will ensure you lose all your money they will come across very friendly but they are all desperate crooks who have no other job than sit and watch people trading account 24 hours a day and think of ways to get you to believe them. They are all thieves

Do Not Register online for any interest in trading with UFX.com..... The company is based in Europe and Agents are very bad mannered. I wish I had recorded some of those conversations just to prove it. Despite telling them that I do not want to trade other than use a dummy account, they tried very hard to convince me just like the old doubleglazing sales guys. I was receiving calls 2 or 3 times a day. I tried to cancel my account and despite chatting online with their customer service who assured me that it will be cancelled immediately I am still getting several phone calls daily from the Agents.... Luckily I was able to reply to customer Service and after another 24 hours the account was finally closed and no further calls we received.

I have been treated in the most outrageous way by this company. When I decided to withdraw my funds without investing, I began to receive 40/50 calls a day, all showing either Unknown caller or caller ID unknown; I asked the Account manager, if he would arrange for these nuisance calls to be stopped. At first he said that he had no knowledge of them, however, he has subsequently come back to say that he knows who is calling me but will only assist if I am prepared to re deposit. I have, in fact, received 7 more of these calls whilst I have been writing this! I would strongly advise others to have no dealings with UFX. I am pleased to say that I subsequently made contact with UFX customer support and the matter was dealt with very swiftly.

started with $500 I made two investments, one increased one decreased! The problem is that you don't buy stocks, when crude oil went down I believed I would hold on until it rose again which is is now ... but they continue to take your money away and it doesn't matter how well the other investment is doing (1000+) I am still $100+ in debt because I closed down the bad deal but didn't get the cost of those shares back into my account. Once I stopped the positive deal the balance was paid into my account! I have withdrawn my investment and steadily growing from my $400 profit

I am so used to trading Binary options and after all the palaver i changed over to Forex trading using UFX and with their great training i am now trading for my self which is much better then the signal providers. I love there MT5 it is great to use and have had no problems in withdrawing my money so i am happy as Larry at the Moment... Glad i made the change
