I have an android phone that intermittently ask for 2 point verification. Twice now, no code was sent. after requesting it to be resent for the 3rd time, i received a message they could not send. When I call TradeStation IT support line, and they reset it I received the following message " You have exceeded the maximum number of phone messages per hour. Wait for 60 minutes and try again". I then called the IT support line and said they cant do anything. At first they denied it can happen. They instructed me to open my desk top but that also had the same message. So I am stuck waiting 60 minutes to trade and have lost money because I could not manage my trades. There are other episodes of frustration. I have been with Tradestation for over 15 years and the IT support is getting worse. I hope they fix it because Im thinking of going some where else.

Now it's looking like they have a lot of things to work on. It has been poor here so far. Only Abhash cloud mining has been consistent with my payouts. I wish other companies can be like them.

Being a new trader I have been overwhelmed with all the technology. TradeStation has made this new endeavor comforting. The help desk has helped me several different times and has been great each time. The platform is for the most part easy to navigate. This coming from someone that is not technologically savvy. Overall, I have enjoyed my experience with TradeStation and highly recommend the platform.

Piece of trash. App crash. Extremely stink and rude customer services. Delay. Tiny Margin. Margin liquidation fee. Convoluted policies and never an update. Account isnt in sync. Fidelity will never keep charging you $75 liquidation fee and it has more functionalities. No manager to speak to. "Senior officers" hand up 5 calls a day. These clowns don't care you tell SEC and FINRA. They keep stealing. Sit tight for complaints on your nasty theft service like on YouTube. Transfer to other brokerages.

Spent 2 hours on the phone Thursday on hold (they had left work an hour into my wait and didn’t inform anyone so I was on hold the last hour for no reason). On Friday I called as soon as they were open. I was on hold again for 3 hours and no one ever picked up!! Absolutely the worst customer service of any brokerage I have EVER dealt with!

It took me one month to open an account and I use the SAME bank that TS uses. Even after the month back and forth my acct was not OK for options.

This brokerage charges traders "mandatory corporate action fee" of $30. Basically a fee for whatever the company you invest in has any corporate action. For example, if the company goes through a split, you get charged $30 (Nvidia recent split)... Only God knows what other corporate actions will result in more fees. Will CEO/CFO change get charge? Will stock buy back get charged? Will announcing a dividend means another $30 charge. Stay away from this brokerage!

They offer a great selection of equities. I love the integration with TradingView. Making deposits is confusing and you must be careful if you are used to a broker like Robinhood. It takes a couple business days for them to withdraw the money from your account, so be careful. If your deposit is declined, you will not be able to deposit anymore using ACH(which sucks). Their customer service is above average. I had no hold time. Customer service reps were very helpful and they gave me a second chance to not screw up. The girl even called back 3 mins till closing time before a holiday to resolve my deposit issue. Unbelievable. I rank their customer service as the best. Their platform is complex and can be confusing for beginner traders.

Trade station does not pay out dividends. They reinvest them even if you elect to have them paid out. They tell you that they will pay out the dividends, but they do not follow through. Very dishonest platform.

I was a TS user over ten years ago. Opened account a month ago and have been so pleasantly surprised by the platform. It has absolutely everything a trader needs. I have TOS and Tastytrade accounts, may keep TOS for redundancy purposes. TS is just at another level, again for active traders. Execution options and trade management options are very robust. OptionStation Pro is also a simple yet powerful options trading platform. I have not yet opened a Futures account but so far I think EdgeClear is just unrivaled coupled with MotionWave platform.

Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! I am leaving Tradestation after today. I had a very important trade to make at the opening of the market. LOST my opportunity completely because their option chains are not showing and my real time positions are not showing!!! What kind of brokerage firm does this!!?? Deal with real brokerage firms! I've also been on hold for almost 30 minutes at the time of writing this, no customer support during a time like this! Horrible!!

Options trading was not allowed and they only told that after the account was created and money deposited. They can not tell what are the rules for being eligible for options account you have to figure it out yourself. Also they have inactivity fee.

AVOID THIS BROKER AT ALL COSTS From beginning to (what is hopefully soon the) end, this broker has been an absolute nightmare. The signup process is atrocious and requires the signing of dozens of uncomfortable documents before being remotely usable. The fees are a complete scam and have been maliciously designed to thieve from you at every opportunity. The website is slow, terrible, and laggy. The layout intentionally obfuscates their services and billing plans, which they force you into, then drains your account automatically overtime. This broker is a bunch of crooks who've designed an awful product to waste your time and money. STAY AWAY!

Horrible site. Crypto records have missing transactions. I didn't do any stock trading but I wouldn't trust those records to be any better. Multiple times I couldn't withdraw my crypto and had to submit over and over before the transaction would not fail. Biggest gripe is that it looks you out in a minute. I was even midscroll of those notorious spotty records trying to figure out what was missing and got logged out so I have to log back in and search it all over again. So it prompted me to leave a negative review since they are making it so hard to stay focused on the other task.

Stay away from this broker. Their fees are ridiculous, mobile application crashes as well as desktop application. Unable to place order sometimes. Closed my account and never again. I made $8905 one day and they charged $8560 for commissions. You have been warned

I only trade on my phone because I am always on the go and the app is NOT reliable. This morning I wanted to enter a trade and could not access the options chain or see my existing positions. This was from market open until about 10 am or even later. I entered my trade on another platform. The worse thing is that this is not the first time, the last time that happened it was also at market open. I called them and they simply said that they are aware that their app is down. I am now looking for another brokerage firm that will be more reliable and that will not cause a risk to my trading! This is ridiculous!!!!

Tradestation has so many powerful tools that regardless the way I want to trade, there is a way to optimize that strategy in TradeStation. I do swing options, wheel options, credit spreads, active day trading and with the radar screen I am able to set up detailed, dynamic watchlists to track all manner of stats regarding my trade for that strategy. It's awesome

They keep eating money in my paper-trading account. At first they asked to increase the amount from $3K to $5K to avoid inactivity and platform fees. I did that but they charged anyways. Now they charge $40 for data that they subscribe you to automatically without your input. I've never seen this with any broker. I'll adjust this review if they remove these fees but I wish they wouldn't nickle and dime like that. With interest rates this high keeping $5100 in their account for the privilege to paper-trade should be enough. I feel like I have to constantly defend myself from their ever-changing rules...

Horrible trading interface, very glitchy and almost impossible to find things. I closed out my positions and here it is days later and the cash is still unsettled and unavailable. Have contacted them (also VERY hard to do) and have zero response yet, plus their phone contacts are only available until 5 pm Eastern every business day. DO NOT USE!!!!! TD Ameritrade and Fidelity are far far FAR better.
