I am a customer of Top1 with account number 1116965. I started depositing money to trade NGAS almost two weeks ago and was invited to use bonuses or overnight fee reimbursement programs. But I did not participate in any of them. I traded very normally without any errors and achieved a profit of 5582 USD. Then they suddenly closed my account without any notification or anything. When I contacted customer support via live chat to ask why my account was locked, they told me to figure it out myself, then banned me without further explanation. I ask, is this a scam? No email or notification, and suddenly they lock the customer's account and take the customer's profits. I hope the community can take note and stay away from Top1. I hope someone can help me get back the above amount. Thank you.

@Trustpilot in my last review @Top1 Market said we will solve your issues please contact our coustomer support. I contact them they behave very rudely. They repeated same sentence and never replied as a human. They reply as robot and repeated same lines. If did scalping so cut scalping amount why cut my all profit. They are doing scam. Top1 scammers they cut my all profit when I withdraw and also cut 3usd fee from deposited amount. Top1 scammers.

This fraud platform induce to buy XAU and Forex via other dating platform. After making profit, it is required to pay eighty thousands income tax. Withdrawal will be denied by various reasons, leading 180000 of my principle cannot be withdrawn.

Liar Liar Liar! The following two platforms are one! a! Personnel manipulation! I closed my position at around 1729 in the spot XAU/USD last night, which allowed the margin ratio to rise a lot. I woke up in the morning and saw that my total assets became negative. I thought that gold fluctuated a lot at night, because I couldn’t see it. When I arrived at the time-sharing chart, I took a look at the system's liquidation list. At first glance, it turned out to be 1731. If the margin is sufficient, the position is closed maliciously, and the personnel operate! Liar platform, don't invest money!

Fake trade! Maliciously close positions! The close price is lower than the lowest offer price! Malicious manipulation! I suspect that the closed positions before were manipulated manually! A fraud! You can't operate when the market fluctuates! Bad attitude of the customer service!

I saw very big improvement the last 1 year, I've been with them for quite a while, never had problems which I am thankful, but I am writing this review to tell the team of TOP1 Markets to make the leverage adjustable, the only missing thing and this is why I am still using other platforms not only this one. I've had problem with scams before so I know this is real and there is no shady activity or what so ever at the backstage.
