THIS COMPANY IS DEFINED AS DAY LIGHT ROBBERY. They are very manipulative and put a lot of pressure with false promises. My so called "advisor/broker" daniel.z@strattonmarkets. com would email everyday everyday asking for more and more money and after losing so much thanks to him. I was told to start selling anything I owned to put more money. However when I tried to contacting them or him I did not get answer and was told "will contact you shortly" after more money was being taken blindly from me and I could not do anything due to the demands I was told and lied all the time. I have been trying to get my money back and they do not even reply to any emails. They will take all your money. They don't care about you, only taking your money and lying to you. Please do not trust them ever, they will ruin your lives. I am shocked and very upset how these people can steal and lie so much to another person. Regards Helidon

Absolutely terrible service. Don't be tricked into signing up. Very quick to extract your investment and promise exciting investment opportunities and a trading platform, only to deliver a very lacklustre experience. Part of a wave of new Cypriot pop up financial servce providers clearly benefiting from the Brexit exodus but failing to live up to the FCA standards. 01/06/19 - requested to withdraw my investment 26/06/19 - still chasing their customer service team and getting endless excuses. Avoid at all costs!

Don't work with that scamm company. They are after your money only. I've lost £20.000 thanks to George K. As he keeps pushing me to open position that I shouldn't. He was convincing, come on Raf we will me make sure you will earn £5.000 a month....as unexperienced traded shouldn't aggre to leverage 1:400. When I was in loss £10.000 he told me to stay with it as this is only temporary... In Wolf of Wall Street there was company Stratton Oaklands...they are Stratton Markets... to me they work the same way... only to sell you something so they can take your money....scammers

These people are anything but providing good trading experience, they charge huge spreads and not to mention hidden charges, they claim you can get better rates if you invest more but… you can already get that with another broker so..

Hi! I have the same problem! I managed to withdraw all my money but when it comes to closing the account, NOTHING happens! I have reminded them several times and am about to report them. Yes, very annoying indeed!

Stratton Markets stole $ 35,000 from the account. I could not log into my account for a week, and when access appeared, about $ 100 remained on the account. I did not open transactions, I did not withdraw money from the account. I wrote in support, at first there was silence, then they wrote that they would sort it out. Understood. It turns out that I opened unprofitable trades. I will sue Stratton Markets.

Although the minimum deposit at Stratton Markets com is $ 250, you will not be able to trade with this amount. Here, a lot of leverage is given, as indicated, to professional traders. And professionalism still needs to be proved. As I know, no one is initially given a leverage of 1: 400, only after a year of trading. And with a leverage of 1:40 and a $ 250 deposit, you can't trade much.

I tried to trade on the Stratton Trader platform. A buggy platform, I won't recommend it to anyone. It is unclear who it is intended for. Nothing good besides the graphs. There are no indicators for analysis, no news, nothing at all. And it freezes at least twice a day for an hour.

Just don’t use them!! I started with the classic £250 and was soon persuaded to invest £5000. Classic as I now read that this is how scams start. With their ‘expert advice’ I was very soon in trouble but was persuaded to keep adding money so that I didn’t lose my investment. You end up being in between a rock and a hard place and the money keeps adding up. The first ‘senior advisor’ Iulian or George then disappeared – he just didn’t get in touch and I was passed to Ali – another ‘senior advisor’ – who persuaded me that if I kept investing with him he could help me. £28,000 later I had to give up. All my savings gone. I had a small amount of money from closing everything down that I could withdraw and to add insult, they didn’t return it all and since then (over a month ago) they are not returning any emails, chats or anything. I can’t link to any information to find out what their charges are incase that would account for the sum. I feel sick with the loss which was my own stupidity believing they were regulated and I could trust the investment advice which would be cautious and not overstretch what I could afford. This started before the cover crisis so they can’t blame that. Just don’t touch them unless you know a lot about trading and don’t need advice, Or have big pockets for them to lose your money for you. That isn’t me and I’ve lost all my savings.

For me this broker is on of the best. It has been for so long and still managing to make their clients satisfy. And the customer support they are very good at handling and resolving clients issues.

It is a big scam company. They ask you to invest as much as money and make you lose everything. If by chance you earn any money they will ask you to invest big and make sure you lose everything. Dont believe on their phone conversations. They dont even have customer care so you have no way to recover money once you lose. Its a fraud.

Huge scam, they offer extremely uncompetitive rates comparing to other similar brokers ad claim they will reduce them if you invest more, their only aim is for you to invest as much as possible and then lose it. I didn’t lose it but they simply confiscated the money without warning on some inactivity bs.
