I bought the Jordan 1 Retro High OG Dark Marina Blue, and it was not what I expected, the Jordan has little fragility and hardness, the product was not original. And it is produced or made in China, great disappointment. As soon as the sneakers arrived, I wore them on the same day and then the sneakers were totally damaged on the front, something that never happened to me. I was very disappointed with stoc x and its method of checking the originality of the sneakers.

So the left shoe seems like it has no solid foundation I can feel the inside of the bottom of the shoe the right shoe is solid nice and comfy but the left shoe is not like the right one. When I lean on the front of my foot I can feel the inside of the shoe like my big toe is going to go through the bottom. You should put the shoes on just for test because I feel like I'm going to have problems with the left shoe but I hope I don't

StockX Canceled my order. The order came from somewhere overseas, never made it to StockX and my money was refunded. I had to re order. Also received a non-authentic pair of Nike Dunks, StockX was so slow to even respond took over a month. By that time, I was already uninterested.

My order didn't ship until almost 2 weeks after it was supposed to, customer service was useless and and did nothing. I don't plan to use Stock-X again, if you're looking for shoes just use GOAT or something, anythings better than this garbage.

My son sent in a BRAND NEW pair of Jordans Cement.... NEVER WORN!!!!! He was sent a message saying the shoes did not meet the verification requirements. BS!!!! They did charge him a $14 fee because they didn't want them..... To me this place is scamming people to be able to charge them their "pure profits fee" & RIP people off!!!! How can a brand new pair of shoes that he got from Nike not meet their standards???? SCAM SCAM SCAM

Trainers were tiny had a little ps in the corner was misleading ended up with 180 pound trainers that wouldn't of fitted me unless I was 2 no way of a refund so I have to resell them at a loss on the site I think it's a con site never using it again ... Update stock x has now suspended my account so I can't even put them back for resale what a con !! Thanks for the apology and platitudes about your valued customers I have already tried your suggestion and am being ignored basically I may aswell of took 180 pound and threw it in the wind . TERRIBLE WEBSITE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE

StockX will rip-off anyone and everyone they cross paths with! It doesn't matter if you're a new customer, or you've been a customer for many years who's never given StockX a problem. Sneaker reselling is a dying fad, and StockX is doing whatever they can to keep their profits high. I bought and sold with StockX for years, but I never will again! They will keep items you ship to them, claiming you didn't ship them. Providing tracking numbers and videos don't matter to a company that is intentionally robbing it's customers. They will also charge you for items you never ordered! Providing proof you didn't even access StockX the date the supposed transaction took place. Again, facts and data are irrelevant to a company that is intentionally ripping-off its customers! Use either GOAT or eBay to buy/sell sneakers!! If you're wondering what it's like to sell on StockX, just drive by their warehouse and throw some shoes over until fence. You'll lose a pair of shoes and never get any money for them. Instead of giving StockX your payment into, just drive by their warehouse and throw cash over the fence. That's an easier way to give StockX your money for nothing in return.

Box was practically stepped on it was super dirty I was expecting something more cleaner. I can’t even tell if the shoe is new or worn with the condition of the box if I knew this I wouldn’t have bought it for this much

Wish I had the option to put 0 stars Worst service ever. Received sneakers that weren’t even worth half the price of the ones I ordered. I paid 200 something dollars and received a pair that were probably worth $30. Spoke with customer service was told I would get a refund when sending the sneakers back. 5 days later get an email stating that my return was denied. I contact customer service again. They say the QR code was tampered with, that’s how the QR came. When the sneakers arrived I tried scanning it and nothing. I was told the QR is for internal use only but they didn’t answer my question. Kept being told they were sorry but not answering my question. $200 something dollars out the door and no help. Unbelievable. SCAMMERS. First and last time I ever buy from StockX. This is beyond ridiculous.

Pire site jamais vu Worst website ever Aucun suivi client : 18 jours et je n’ai toujours pas reçu ma commande No client service : 18 days and still not delivered FUYEZ RUN, don’t trust the answer they gave me. Because as I said first, there is NO contact or client service, just a stupid bot that will make you loose more time. If not, they would have asked my ordrr number to solve the problem but they just don’t care. StockX is mastering bullshiting And by the way, it is now 19 days…

I ordered a hat from stock x and the process was great for the seller and me the buyer. My bid was accepted and I was able to purchase the hat I wanted. When the hat arrived to my home. It was new as stated and it was stock x verified. I am very happy with the purchase and the whole process! I will continue to buy and shop here.

There was a issue with the first seller. Which is fine, cuz they found another seller. BUT it took WAAAY too long. The messages I kept getting was not what the customer service person was telling. At that point, I said why didn't you guys just cancel?! The response back is dumb, I specifically asked about Express delivery and they said they couldn't do it. Even though the shoe was not even ship yet! It's the fact that the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. Get on the same page with your messages that you are sending out & your customer service reps! DO BETTER STOCKX!!

I would not order from StockX again. I do not like the fact that there is no correspondence / updates regarding the status of orders. On other platforms like eBay, customers can reach sellers directly. I feel that if you are a seller if you can’t get the items out within a couple of business days then you should not be selling anything. I used to sell on eBay and I made sure to get the order out the same day as long as a means for delivery was still open for the day. I understand things can happen to cause delays ,but again, it should not take an excessive amount of time, and if so, it should be communicated to the buyer and it should be standard after 5 days if the item is not in route the option should be given to cancel the order immediately. Thank goodness my orders have been not over a couple hundred. Imagine waiting weeks not knowing when $ is going to come out your account from an order you place weeks ago. On top of that, what qualifies the people at StockX to decide if an item is real or not. So I don’t believe the hype. I also don’t like the fact that sellers can’t be rated or that there is no way to know where an order is shipping from which is important.

These guys are garbage . customer service is worst I've ever dealt with. they should really get a phone number, some people just don't have time to deal with 100 emails and at the end they litteraly just give up. the hell with these guys never giving them my business again. (royal 1's)

The authentication process stinks for both seller and buyer. I had multiple orders, both of which I sent in same day. It took a week to authenticate one order, and 1 is still pending. The authentication process alone will hold up an order for a week, not including the actual time to ship to the customer. The 1st shoe they received they rejected due to yellowing on the sole of the shoe. This is a rare shoe from 2010, and yellowing is normal even when deadstock. The yellowing is not visible at all on the outer part of the sole, only the part being walked on. Are the people inspecting shoes even educated on why ice blue soles replaced the clear soles? Because they yellow with time no matter if they are worn or not. Any person purchasing a shoe from 2010 understands this is normal, not a defect. They would actually find it abnormal if they didn't have any yellowing. What blows the most is that a customer actually found a legitimate DS shoe at a great price, waited a week (6 days before xmas), and they're not getting they're order. Lastly, Stock wants to charge 15% processing fee on a cancelled order!? Closing account ASAP. Would rather sell on competing platforms with superior processing systems that take care of their sellers and customers.

I would not recommend StockX. The customer service is awful, could take around a day for them to answer and 99% of the time it has nothing to do with what your problem was. I have had countless issues with them and they have screeed my over multiple times.

Banned my account after I tried to purchase a 2nd pair of sneakers in a (2) day period. -Would not call me back... only would issue a cookie cutter response. -Would not tell me the true issue or allow me to respond to whatever issue they had with me. *Terrible Customer Service. *Terrible System.
