I've been trying to withdraw my funds for months now but unable to because they impose these ridiculous requirements in archiving credit card. My card provider won't give me a letter stating that they replaced the card so I'm unable to upload my new card. I tried customer support but they keep insisting about the archiving req'ts. So I'm stuck with my funds there. I just want to close my account and get my money out

I have never experienced this sort of embarrassment from from any other firms I worked with. Two weeks and still my request is still pending, how long do I have to wait for before I receive it. They haven't responded to any of my emails. I don't even have to go through this much hassle elsewhere, Bulledge ,got me always. Quick dispensations and great returns. My abode these days.

Stay far away from this scam company. This is a dubious company. Their activities are just so shady and all they do is to steal from you. My emails haven't been replied too and I have been left hanging by this company. My money is stuck on here for weeks and they denied it. Kindly stay off here and save your money. In searching for a safer company, I found-Manyway Trading. Never had any issues with 'em. Thought it might worth sharing.

I was very disappointed with my experience. I was unable to open my account, and the support team could not resolve the issue. Additionally, the registration process is not user-friendly. Technologically, this company is far behind other brokers, and there is a lot of room for improvement. I hope they take this feedback seriously to enhance their services.

Deposited money and tried to withdraw, never accepted it, kept disputing however they don’t do anything. Been 2 months for a simple withdrawal Whoever thinks the response they gave actually helped, they said that for 2 months and the bank has nothing to do with it, time wasters.

SCAM , SCAM , SCAM AVOID, AVOID, AVOID LIKE A PLAGUE These guys are just a bunch of low life , despicable , deplorable and loathsome scammers ALL positive reviews are fake. Do NOT believe any of them. I have to say I paid heavily for neglecting to research these bunch of parasites If they contact you , just tell them to F off and hang up. Do NOT believe a single word they tell you. Do NOT make my mistake and fall for their sweet talk and promises of profits. They scammed me for $62K Be aware of the following - They are not located in any respectable European country. They claim to have an office in Greece. Their head office is in Mauritius , in East Africa !!!!! - You cannot talk to anyone except what they call "account managers" , these are the guys who will do all the dirty work. At the very beginning , their "escort service " will call you. They call their escort service "leads". These are low life women who will sweet talk you. - You can contact customer service , who don't really have much to do , via chat or email only. The only things customer service will do is tell "contact your account manager" and take your messages and relay them to the degenerates they nickname "account managers" - They have no toll free numbers to call The only number you can call is a 248-xxx-xxxx which is never ever answered. All you will get is recorded message asking you to leave a message and they will get back to you which will never ever happen. Even the voice in the recorded message is that of a 150-year woman who either just woke up or , most probably , just got out of her grave. - You will NOT get any contracts or signed documents to protect your interests. - You will have no control whatsoever over your account - They stole my $62K off of 2 credit cards and 2 lines of credits promising profits that will cover and also pay off this amount. BIG FAT ZEROOOOO profit. - The crook I dealt with is Damian The 2 escorts are Nina and Amelia for the second time SCAM , SCAM , SCAM AVOID, AVOID, AVOID LIKE A PLAGUE

Puprime is one of the worst broker criminal instution out there am writing my personal experience on the 4th of October I made a deposit of $1040 to my trading account and two days later they debited my account the same $1040 Puprime are criminals don't put your money on their platform they are thieves, I would have posted the debit that was made here it's like it's not supported don't use them thieves

SCAMER. I made a deposit of 300 euros, when I decided to withdraw them following problems encountered on their part (I did not receive their mail I ask for a change the support does not understand anything so they are stupid, I carry out the procedures to change my mail more than one week my request is not treated) I am told that my withdrawal of 300 euros is a success except that I did not receive anything, I contacted my bank there was nothing. What's more, they deduct 150 euros from your withdrawal! IT'S JUST A SCAM

I have traded on the puprime exchange and also ensured that all my transactions did not violate the terms. However, after my transaction was profitable, puprime leaves my withdrawal order hanging. I found that the broker has signs of fraud, just hoping for customers to lose, and if traders win, they will find a way to not return the money to traders. I have chatted with support many times and even emailed but their answer was ambiguous, irresponsible and had no specific solution or explanation, they just said to wait for the account manager to contact and my withdrawal order is also in "processing" status. I recommend you stay away from this broker. My Trading account number is: 1772990

The trading platform of choice for Scammers. Ben Trades / Bot trades scammed myself and hundreds of others out of thousands. He blamed the bot malfunctioning then disappeared deleting all the messages. PU Prime being unregulated is an enabler for these Scammers. Beware any traders/bots that use PU Prime.

This is a scam broker who hires a scam account manager to liquidate clients accounts. my account lost 9000 USD in a single day bue to their account managers bad management. it was a intentional scam to get the money from the client. stay away from this broker. and stay away from any account manager linked to PU Prime. my account managers were: Bentrades + ImperiousFX

PUPrime pushed me to go offshore where I have no protection of funds and maximum leverage which is too high risk! I was copying a trader (HolyGrail) on Copy Trading on Pelican! Very bad slippage and execution.I have not been able to withdraw my funds and keep getting bonus offers instead! I have others accounts and don't have these issues with UK or Eu regulated entities. PUprime don't have any EU or UK licenses which is a big red flag! I would suggest sticking with an EU regulated broker where your funds are safe and kept in a segregated bank account! Even the FCA have a risk warning saying not to open an account here. Google FCA and PUPrime list of unauthorized firms!

Had £1200 credit with them that I got through bonuses with deposits. Was using it to build my account back up and the just removed it without any prior warning blowing my account. Very dodgy stay well clear! Update since there response which is not true. They have now said that my credit expired from 12 months ago that is a complete load of tosh. My initial deposit was 12 months ago where I did get some credit but have made numerous deposits since which gained me credit and isn’t 12 months since. This confirms my position even more stay very clear of this broker.

I started trading with puprime, I got a deposit bonus of 20%,on sign up and a deposit of 200 GBP, the bonus went in of the agreed 400, then they wanted it back and took my money to repay a credit that wasn't even cash. Messaged about 8 times to resolve, but it's like talking to fools . Needless to say my account is broke, lost the lot and got robbed in the end.

Day four of trying to withdraw my own funds. garbage of a customer service. even the live assistants do not properly communicate. please stay away from this scam app...i should have read the reviews here before depositing my funds. imagine having to wait for your own money. I am a struggling international student. and now I have to spare a lot of time arguing with these stupid bots to get my money back. pathetic. each time they give me a different solution only for funds to return to my trading account after I try and withdraw them.

Uma corretora com muitas ferramentas mas o suporte é o pior que já vi! Meus clientes com varios problemas e o suporte nao resolve, ninguem responde meus clientes. Péssimo suporte!! A broker with many tools but the support is the worst I've ever seen! My customers have several problems and support doesn't solve them, no one responds to my customers. Terrible support!! I have clients who haven't responded for 6 weeks! Don't join Puprime

I have traded my account and made a profit of $13500 and withdrew $7400 successfully but then they stole a remainder of $6199 in the name of bonus breach of which i never breached anything. They hired an account manager Nicson Yeoh who is known for scams on the internet and he steals people’s money in the name bonus, I have requested numerous times to raise my complaint to their CEO Mahomed Elsergany of which they are treating my case as if its not important. I want my profit of $6199 back
