They have a very user friendly mobile app. Nice execution speed as the other review says. My experience with their support was amazing. They have a TRUE negative balance protection. They covered my cousin's negative balance immediately. He referred me to them. No need to post my requests here. They already know about them.

Everything is good until you become profitable, i had lost a lot and recently i started recovering my losses. They have reduced my profit split to 75% and put hold on my withdrawal. When i contacted them through mail, they replied that my account is under review and there is no timeline for review completion. So now the withdrawal is on hold for indefinate time.

As it turned out the first impression I had of this platform was not quite right. When I was looking for a trading platform I chose this one because it seemed simple and easy to use. But it turned out that this platform is not only easy to use but has a lot of features.

Support is busy almost all the time. deposits take way too long to process and sometimes they dont even go through or simply fail and there is no one to even answer you about your issue. Happens way too often
