I have been with Gallant for over 12 months, they have always answered the phone immediately and sorted out any problems I have had. They also provide a free VPS service.

If I could give a negative review I would!!!! Biggest waste of time trying to deal with them. Ended up asking for a refund and would not recommend them to anyone !!!

When I contacted you by phone someone was there to answer all of my questions. They were not pushy sales people. They allowed me time to do additional research & speak to my veterinarian.

While I very much appreciate Gallant’s service of banking our pup’s stem cells for possible future use, the company needs better execution & communication. Our vet knew absolutely nothing about Gallant; I had to print off pages from their website & educate him. Gallant promises to communicate with its customers every step of the way, from sign-up through confirmed cell banking, yet I had to initiate that communication with the company, not the (preferred) other way around. Did the courier pick up my pup’s reproductive tissue? They were supposed to have emailed me; I had to ask. Did it arrive at Gallant? They were supposed to have emailed me; I had to ask. Were there enough usable stem cells for banking? They were supposed to have emailed me; I had to ask. Were the cells harvested and cryopreserved? They were supposed to have emailed me; I had to ask. Gallant needs to improve in these areas. The company sends you a certificate once you PAY for their service, and sends a gift. Great, but I would rather have a certificate at the END of the process that confirms my pup’s stem cells are cryopreserved on X date and in X vat. So while I am grateful to Gallant, they need to up their game in education, execution and customer communication. I wish them good luck!

The company is a scam and the 19 reviews on here are probably there friends just giving them a great review. My experience was horrible with this company and I paid them 258 to stop the garnishments and I was still garnish almost 700 dollars and when I called the company to discuss the options and let them know I have still been receiving calls and my check was still garnished it had the worst experience and trying to cancel this account was almost impossible and as they were transferring me to a supervisor all you here is loud music playing in the background honestly the most unprofessional place I've ever did business with and I had to threaten them with an attorney to get anything done and according to Rico who is the one that had all the Rap music playing in the middle of transferring me said he had to read disclosure to me about my cancellation and in the disclosures he told me I'm making the worse decision by filing bankruptcy and that I should continue paying them 258 a month while getting my check garnished for 700 dollars every other week. But this company is a straight scam and if I were you I would run and please I repeat please do not do business with this company.

Don't join Gallant with the nfa ruling they transferred the clients to cmfx telling us our accounts will not be closed but cmfx turned around and is going out of business and transferring the clients to Gain and gain is going to close all hedged positions. Gallant sent the notice on the 8 th and 15th its over wow one week notice

I have been with Gallantfx for several months now...thru the horrible time with the Boston Technoogies servers.. and the slow VPS.......I can say they have been good at answering the phone when I call and trying to fix my issues. But my last issue has not been resolved even after much phone conversation and emails. When I go short....I do not get filled at the Bid price...it ALWAYS fills my order a pip or so below it even if the tick chart price never goes to that price. So esentially I do not have a 2 pip spread but a larger one...on every trade short I have a pip stolen from me....I have not noticed it on a buy. It seems to fill at the ask ok...but may not be exiting at the bid...but have not noticed it ......Its been weeks and no response. This is a deal breaker for me... I will not tolerate it much longer...and I really like this broker, but not if they can not fix this ....also I wish they offered mobile mt4 so I could just trade normally on my pda. The VPS quit working for me ...to many JAVA issues. to keep up with.....I hope they get there act together and fix this for me...otherwise I'll be looking for another broker. 2009-12-09 08:59AM No rating Was wondering if Gary in Michigan had any facts or evidence to direct us to in regard to the "sunspot is a scam" comment......would like to find this information for myself......if you are sure it is a scam....perhaps you could point me in the direction of your basis for this claim....I know nothing about them but have searched the web and did find the sec sight that said they are no longer registered.......but thats it.....please come forward with something credible other than "its a scam". I know nothing of these people. Am just a simple guy trying to find a good broke

These guys are horrible. They charge 35$ for a wire and don't mention it anywhere clearly. I've looked at their agreement like they said and there was no mention of it. At least be transparent and mention in in the FAQ and AT THE VERY LEAST in the withdrawal screen!! GALLANTFX just wants to keep your money forever. Not to trust.

Warning to use GallantFX they sucks. Their support are the worst to find. If there are problems is it very difficult to reach them and sometimes they never answer at all. For about 6 weeks ago the server was frozen and I lost some money. I tried to contact the support by mail and by phone. After 12 hours I got a mail informing they will call back. Three hours later they finally called me to solve the problem, totally 15 hours this is not acceptable. Further next time there was problem to place orders they never answered to mails. This really sucks... Today have the server been rejecting my orders for more then 4 hours so far and I have send a lot of mails to support. Not a word from them and I continue losing money. Wonder how long time this will last maybe until my account are empty??!! Even when they have good spreads it

I had planned on opening an account with this broker but recently learned that sunspot capital is no longer registered with the sec "This investment adviser is no longer registered with the SEC and is not required to update its Form ADV. The information shown is for historical purposes and you should not presume it is currently accurate."-So I think I will stay away

What I liked about these guys, is that they have all the tools that are directed to Metatrader users like me; and almost anyone I talk to over there knows the answers (to an extent) to any question I have. I was told that they have a 'Web Based' metatrader coming out this month...so nothing to download anymore (I'll be able to trade at work ;)

well, I guess I won't be reviewing tthis broker anytime soon as they no longer offer micro accounts. About 3 days after I sent a check to fund the account I recieved an email informing me of this. I emailed them back and asked them to return my check. The next day I recieved an email confirming my request and a few days later recieved my uncashed check. Will try them when I'm more comfortable and ready to trade higher.

Good company, trustworthy and reliable. Do not be afraid to open an account with them. They will treat you well and have great spreads. I worked with them before and never had to worry about anything. They are based out of New York, and if you ever have a problem they will do their best to satisfy

I Open an account Traded and double it.... after 5 hrs i found account Disabled they deleted my winning trade and back my money again
