To make it short I don't recommend for any retail trader to open account with StoneX, Very High commissions $5 per side per contract for E-Mini and Micros. Not easy to withdrawal Fund, I had to call my agent few times because he ignored my emails for wire transfer request. you will be charged fees for your deposit and withdrawal.

I have happily dealt with Daniels Trading for 7 years, developing a trusting relationship with a broker after the terrible experience I had in November 2011 when MF Global stole all the money out of my commodity brokerage account and promptly declared bankruptcy. At Daniels Trading, on November 14, 2018 I was short a number of January natural gas futures contracts when natural gas pricing took an unprecedented spike upwards. This put my account in negative territory. Rather than call me to see what I wanted to do, Daniels Trading and Gain Capital just closed all my positions at a huge loss….WITHOUT A PHONE CALL. Given an opportunity, I would have closed a number of positions and wired funds to more than cover the margin requirements….and I would be continuing to trade with Daniels Trading. I have trusted them with my money for 7 years now. But they shafted me without a phone call because they didn’t trust me for a moment.

Honestly, I've never met such a dishonest broker. He lured me in with his lies and once he had me he really dropped the ball, basically by charging me double what we had agreed on. No thanks. He also told me it would be too hard for me to download your trading platform so he would have to do my trades for me. He couldn't even do that right without making multiple mistakes. He cost me a lot of money. Turns out downloading dtpro was very easy. Good riddance. I'm taking my business to tdameritrade..... Only $2.25 each side, which is all I ever wanted. You guys really need to listen to what was actually said, not just the way you want to interpret what was said.

Everything was great until I tried to open an account with my son. Your rules and process made it so difficult he was driven to open an account with your competitors.

I think Daniels Trading is worthy of establishing a brokerage account with primarily due to the day margins for its indices and other instruments. However, the desktop platform is average at best. It has a lot of blank spaces. However, the mobile application seems to establish their efforts in getting a better platform experience. The customer service responses were both timely and helpful

Two issues, there's a lot of great software resources but it's not clear which of them are provided with my account and which ones require a fee. Secondly I'm having problems getting the dtPro program to recognize my username and password. I sent in an email for technical support but received no response. I realize I could just call my broker and go through him, but I'd rather not waste his time asking questions about how to operate the program. I'd rather direct questions his way that refer specifically to trading.

Good customer service and always a quick response from Jace J either by phone or email. The trading platform works quite well and it is easy to use. Trading commissions for options on futures are higher than the market average. A very positive overall experience.

My broker, Scott, has been extremely informative and helpful with my first trades and I am confident he will be available to assist me with any future questions or concerns that I may have. Only 4 stars because your web site is hard to navigate around. Second I sign up for emails about different trading ideas - the latest from burt, I get nothing. Finally taade prices are too hight.

I opened an account with DT by recommendation and I am happy I did. My broker is really helpful and provided I respect the fact that I am paper trading at this point, he always gets back to me when I need help. Also, the wealth of educational material on the DT site is brilliant and is really helping me edge toward my goal of trading real money.

Top notch service. Broker takes the time to answer any questions I may have. If any problems or technical issues arise, they strive to resolve them immediately. Best customer service of any brokerage I have dealt with. Would recommend Daniels Trading to anyone looking to trade in the commodity futures market.

Drew Rathgeber has been wonderfully patient and informative. I am new to trading. His level of experience and expertise is very comforting and encouraging to me. i really had a big lose. i actually wonder how they got so many good review while they treat their customers like hell. giving instant plus a try make my life more easier and financialy stable.
