Citi allows payments on their cards in excess of your entire account balance. There system clearly shouldn't allow this to happen. This caused me to incur late fees on other accounts. They also don't have a way to stop multiple payment attempts after it has been initiated. Just a heads up to other consumers.

Citi is not a good company. They are very deceptive. They extend so-called offers to "check your rate" for a loan and then say you have applied for a loan even though the email says "check your rate." They are liars. They deliberately try to ruin your credit. It will probably read as an application for credit when all I attempted to do was check the interest rate. Go anywhere else.

Can only score 1 star - would be NEGATIVE if you could - Citibank has been the worst bank I have ever dealt with, they lack any customer service, they lack any compassion. They are totally impossible to deal with on all levels, several times it has taken us to go to AFCA to complain about them as they simply do not care, do not respond and are so arrogant and ignorant to their customers. If you are considering this bank, I would highly suggest you stay clear, do not go anywhere near this bank, read all reviews. see how many people complain about the Finacial abuse. They seem a bank amongst their own rules. We have been with Citi for 1 year and it has been the greatest mistake possible and working on getting everything from them ASAP. We have asked for help to clarify as they constantly make changes and adjust figures to suit their KPI's and the response we get on phone and email. read your statements as it's not our job to explain why the details are changing so often.

This company is weird, DO NOT APPLY, DO NOT APPLY people. They waited a month after I kept calling to simply say " We can't process your application " something fishy is going on, they could be stealing our info, we input ALL of our personal information, to not be approved or even DENIED, I'm putting in a complaint, this is a scam.
