I am very tired of Doo Prime service. in 10 times deposit, i face 5 times money not deposit right after, i have to complaint with my direct IB support around 15 minutes the account update money, very worry for that situation. Secondly, the amount of Rebate not update in account, because i want to transfer money from IB wallet to my account, to strengthen my account, but wait for whole day i do not see the money update. This issue happened many times in the past.

As I send several Emails and Chats, with support team and sales team still I not get any responsible answer from account team nor sales team. My account blocked by Doo Prime since more than 1 month without any reason and intimation and hold my hard earn capital and profit illegally. I have opened an account with Doo Prime because of loyalty but staff don’t reply with responsibility.

Hello everyone , i have a strange experience with doo prime till now , i've got a 100 USD no deposit bonus from doo , the conditions were 10 lots and no minimum and maximum withdrawals , i've made 32 lots and profit 1771 USD legally 100% , trying to withdraw and been more than 1 week and cant get good answer , always checking the problem although there is no problems , i have proofs also for my tradings and my balance , hope its fixed soon because it took too time , will update if i got any positive answer from doo prime too ! . Thanks .

I tried the ECN account from UAE, It's very interesting compared to my previous broker. Spread and commission very good. I suggest this broker for XAU traders.

Be aware of scammers! I work with doo prime and got worse experience i have all proofs of my accounts. They cheated on withdrawal and didn't reply me.

Dooprime is user friendly has a great interface and easy to navigate. However performed terribly when it comes to market order and doesnt place them where you requested, it instead placed orders completely unknown to me and resulted in a complete loss of capital. However i am enthusiastic that this glitch will be fixed and wont happen again .

Anyone trying to deposit to this broker please don't. Have tried withdrawing my own profit several and the best thing they can do is just decline my withdrawals. Please even if you read this review 100 years to come just avoid it. They are trying to give lame excuses. Trust them at your own risk. This not a broker but a pyramid scheme.

Yes, do not trust this company, because I posted a comment a week ago about a case that was not resolved by the company, and they wrote a response to my previous comment saying that they will solve the case, but unfortunately their response is just words and there is no action. Yes, there is no action because their response is quick to any comment here, but in reality there is none. Interest, and I decided from this moment to end my services with them because they are not trustworthy.

Blocked funds for account and not willing to even reply. Never to trust this kind of vanautu, Saint Vincent kind of regulated brokers. There is no connection with company managers and sales team. Sales team don’t even have connection with their risk management and compliance .No support at all

They don’t take the customer service seriously. IB’s are having serious issue and the management is unable to provide any solution. They are doing fake promises and lame excuses. Please act professional and solve it asap.

My worst experience was having to move from the old broker after 4 years of trying DOOPRIME, it turned out that IB COMMISSIONS were not paid and this brokers seemed unhealthy, be careful if you trade with this broker because the slippage and execution are rotten... avoid it before you regret it.
