FXTG are shonks. They have disappeared with our money and ASIC are not interested. How do they get away with such blatant unlawful gain.

Their website doesn't even exist anymore it has disappeared into thin air .My managers name was Daniel Kirby .Starting to doubt if i`ll ever see my money again.They claimed that client money is held in segragated accounts at commonwealth Bank and ANZ .I`ll will start ringing around the government authorities tomorrow to see what can be done ,WIsh me luck.I think I`ll need it.I have over 9000 USD to retrieve.Those Bastards just when I started doing really well.

I deposit and after one month my account bounce to zero no phone and email is answered i went to the physical building it does not exist , my account manager says they have fallen i dont know whether i have been scammed or the company have fallen but becareful when choosing brokers

The Brokers at Plus Financials are more interested in their commissions than trading safely or within peoples means. I deposited my money with one of their brokers, FXTG. Robert is extremely manipulative in co-ercing more and more money out of you and talking you out of safety procedure or capital preservation techniques. Incredibly unethical, unprofessional and even when addressed dismisses your valid concerns.

You should not deal with FXTG they are not a reputable company almost impossible to contact as their phones are no longer connected and their emails are never answered that is if they are even delivered they usually bounce back and undeliverable and the brokers that use FXTG are scammers from overseas.

I have submitted request with fxtg but they haven't processed my request. i have tried calling all company phone no but it hangs up automatically. send few emails but no reply and some of them failed to deliver on company emails.This Company is Scam please do not invest in this company. i have filed case with now Fos to recover my money.

After meeting with FXTG personnel at their office, have receive back my money. Though it shouldn't being that hard and all the emotional stress I being through waiting and calling. Still chasing up monies with other Jewish companies. Lost hope with Forex companies, once sound legit, now all in tatars....money rather be in bank , than me constantly going to extremes to get back my money.

After contacting financial ombudsman services and posting my review here at FPA I finally received my money!!! Thanks to CEO of FXTG to made only logical step and Bill from FPA that helped with the case! Too much hassle and time went in to these and it should be logical step for all brokers. If client makes profit. Please do pay out!

Their customer service is good, though sometimes feel like salesman, who did not? They dont really have 24 hour support. Their support is only available during Australian business hours. Though you can conduct a live chat, in the end, they always request to leave an offline message. Their platform mt4 freeze sometimes. Have not withdrew any money yet.

I got 2 accounts with FXTG since Dec 2014 for use with myfxbook traders. Because they accept client from usa. They have not replied to my email. Chat room is down. Tel call go no answer & got disconnected on a few of them. Does anyone know what happened to FXTG ? Can someone suggest what I can or need to do ? Kind regards,

Happy with the service, I got a welcome bonus, they are very strict with there deposit process, i have not withdrawn any money yet as I'm in profit for the first time with any broker! the spread is low, I like the fact I have a personal account manger that is always in contact with me to assist a professional service in my eyes.

I have been with FXTG from 2010 fast withdrawals and customer service is great there spreads have changed that I now have the lowest I have ever had with any broker. I hope they improve with webinars more frequent

Just wondering if someone have used firm's account management services and individual solutions. As I know, new owner of the company decided to rebrand the firm and suspended license. Since 2014, it was dedicated service and minimum complaints from customers. Six month passed by since that decision. Website is not available. My couple of hundred bucks still there and I have no idea how to get them back. I have been informed by email about changes but mistakenly postponed withdrawals from account. Now it seems like impossible to do that.

The worst broker ever i seen in all my life i place one position to sell all broker come under the price but they paused the price to hold my position in negative, they don’t show real price they spread always more than one dollar if you wanna burn ur money work with this broker
